All of our teachers are DBS checked and teach to a great standard, however if you'd like more information on them, check them out here!

Address and Parking

Unit 4, Basildon Business Park, Bentalls SS14 3FT - Between Cosmos and Cash for Clothes.

Parking is free, but can be limited at busy times. If no parking is available, you can park on the street outside the estate. If it's a Sunday or past 8PM, the gate may closed, should this occur, please contact your teacher.

Has my lesson been confirmed?
Yes! Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with the lesson details, location, and teacher name. Please check your junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

Was payment taken?
Yes - payment was securely processed through our Paypal checkout system (which supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major cards). You’ll see “Kaleo Music Studios” on your bank statement, and a Paypal receipt will be emailed to you automatically.

Do I need to bring anything?
Just bring yourself and any sheet music or materials you’d like to work on! If you’re a beginner, your teacher will provide everything you need for the first lesson.

Can I reschedule or cancel my lesson?
Absolutely - please contact us at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer your slot to another student. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

What happens after my first lesson?
Your teacher will discuss your goals and recommend a regular slot. We’ll take care of the scheduling for you within the same easy system.
